Bio

With over 20 years of experience in the Entertainment Industry, DJ Groovin Nikki is also a professional singer and dancer. As a dancer, she has opened up for America's Best Dance Crew, The Jabbawockeez, anCd danced for Grammy Award Winning Recording Artists Tye Tribbett and Mary Mary, just to name a few. Groovin Nikki has also been a part of the Orlando Magic Basketball Team's Hype Squad. With lots of energy and a vibrant personality, DJ Groovin Nikki  adds a unique presence to any party. She is a very interactive DJ who can sing, dance, motivate crowd participation, teach, and lead line dances. She'll have your guests dancing in and out of their seats.  DJ Groovin Nikki's music collection is very versatile including hit songs throughout the decades, which she highly values her clients' requests. DJ Groovin Nikki is very motivational when it comes to working with a diverse audience, and knows how to motivate even the "non-dancer" to come out on the dance floor.  DJ Groovin Nlkki's set-up includes a mobile outdoor rig as well as an elegant indoor set-up with various lighting options.
 

Aside from being an Exclusive DJ and MC in High Demand for a variety of events, DJ Groovin Nikki manages a team of professonal DJ's she has personally hand- picked to represent her heart and enthusiasm at your event. Even if she is not available, her clients know that they are in good hands. Among DJ Groovin Nikki's featured DJ's on her roster, is her mother DJ LadyC Classic  (Carlene Mitchell) who is an Award-Winning Tribute Artist, Recording Artist, as well as DJ/MC.  Carlene Mitchell has over 35 yrs. experience hosting and performing on a variety of events, including headlining on cruise ships.  DJ Groovin Nikki and DJ LadyC Classic also collaborate together and join forces for a very special Mother-Daughter duo team. This family pairing brings years of expertise to any event needing both a DJ and MC who not only work well together, but also have fun natural banter between them and share their love, light and talent as they host your special event.   During your event,  these 2 dynamic women provide Award-winning entertainment in 4 areas most requested for a live event: MC/Host, DJ, Singer, Dancer. This duo covers it all, and would add additional value to your upcoming event.
